The Shrine offers a time of silent prayer and adoration before the Blessed Sacrament from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in the Holy Redeemer Chapel. Starting on June 12, 2011, and continuing throughout the summer season, there will also be adoration on Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the Holy Redeemer Chapel.

The Holy Redeemer Chapel is located adjacent to the Immaculate Conception Chapel, on the lower level of the Basilica.
