Also, there is a First Aid Office located on the grounds of the Basilica, in order to bring necessary aid to those who need it. It is open everyday during the Novena of Saint Anne, and upon request during the rest of the year (when accompanied by a member of the First Aid Team). The office is located across from the Aids' office: access by means of the white door situated between the two stairways of the Basilca’s facade.
