Founded in 1947, the Aids of Saint Anne is an association of volunteers at the service of visitors and pilgrims, especially for handicapped people visiting the Shrine. They also work to maintain a certain order within the Basilica itself. Please contact the Aids if you need a wheelchair. Their office is located under the front steps of the Basilica. It can be accessed by means of the white door located between the two stairways of the Basilica's facade.
