Located at the exit of the Basilica's south-side parking lot, the kiosk welcomes pilgrims, gives them all the information they need for their stay, accepts Mass offerings and donations for the Shrine, provides subscriptions to the Annals of Saint Anne, and is where any "lost and found" objects go.
The employees of the kiosk also offer guided tours and assure a certain order in the Basilica itself.
