The Shrine has always welcomed people who are sick and/or handicapped. They should always feel at home here at the Shrine. The Aids of Saint Anne assure a specialised service for these people. One can ask for their help at the Information Kiosk or can go directly to their office: access by means of the white door situated between the two stairways of the Basilica’s facade.
